APOLO was founded in 1998 and has extensive experience in the field of milk processing and has preserved the best traditions of cheese-making in Bulgaria. The company had an export license for the EU countries months before Bulgaria accession to the EU – octomber 2006.

All EU regulations regarding good production practices are adhered to and the systems undergo daily control. The company uses milk approved for export to the EU.

We are working in a clean area and pastures from which benefits are artificially fertilized.

Successfully market its products in the United States, South Africa, Greece and Armenia.
The company’s ambition is to take active part in the production of raw milk due to which investments have been made in agricultural land, milk cows and farming equipment. We have applied for a registration of eco-milk. When the respective permits are received we will be producing eco-products using our own raw materials.
